Great questions…for time constraints, I think it depends on the stage. Typically if it’s the latter parts of the interview process, I have a whole day of interviews so I can spread questions across multiple people.

For the earlier stages, you’re absolutely right, you have to be very deliberate with your time. I tend to focus on questions that are more specific and less general. I find it has a better impact.

Perfect example is that question about the company in the car industry. I asked those specific questions very early on, to show I was being methodical.
